Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not offer return/exchange for hygiene, health care, and personal care products, like, finger brush, pacifier, etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
