Return & Cancellation Policy – Safe-O-Kid
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Returning a product is simple:
1. Share your order number and registered email ID / phone number
2. Select the product you wish to return
3. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions
15-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
1. Product must be purchased from https://safeokid.com
2. A valid invoice must be provided
3. Request must be raised within 15 days of delivery
Product condition requirements:
1. Unused and unwashed
2. All original tags intact
3. Returned in original packaging
4. Includes all accessories, parts, and freebies
5. Properly packed to avoid damage during return
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are non-returnable:
1. Baby care and hygiene products
2. Feeding bottles, sippers, spout cups
3. Breast pumps and feeding accessories
4. Diapers and related consumables
5. Potty seats and similar personal-use items
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges
2. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
If you still wish to cancel after shipping:
1. You may refuse delivery
2. For prepaid orders, refund will be processed after the product is received back at our warehouse
ARE THERE ANY RETURN CHARGES?
1. Returns are free of cost
2. However, original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your returned product:

You will be notified via email about approval or rejection

If approved, refund will be processed
Refund timeline:
1. Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Returns without proper packaging or missing components may not be accepted
2. Requests raised after 15 days of delivery will not be eligible
3. Safe-O-Kid reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
