2. 2-Year Free Repair for Any Damages:
We are pleased to offer a 2-year free repair service for any damages, whether accidental or otherwise, that may occur during the first year of ownership. This service includes free parts or free repair at our workshop. To avail of this service, customers must follow these steps:
a. Send the Product to Our Workshop: If your product requires repair, please send it to our designated workshop. You will be responsible for bearing the courier costs to send the product to us.
b. Courier Charges for Return Shipment: Upon completing the repair, we will send the product back to you. Customers will be responsible for bearing the courier charges for the return shipment.
c. Ordering Free Parts: If you only need specific parts for your product, you can order them for free. However, you will still need to cover the courier charges for the shipment of these parts.
3. Outside Warranty and Free Repair Period:
Even after the warranty and free repair period expires, you can still order parts and accessories for your product as needed. However, please note that outside the warranty period, these parts and accessories will be available for purchase, and standard shipping charges will apply.
