Refund and Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item received.
The refund process is initiated once the return of the original product is received at the Safe-O-Kid facility, no refund is processed for products in transit.
The process for refund/replacement takes anywhere between 15-30 days and is managed by our logistic partner, which leaves us with little control over the time taken, we expect your kind co-operation.
All prepaid refunds are transferred through same channel after product is received at Safe-O-Kid warehouse.
Cod refunds are transferred through bank account transfer only. So kindly provide details once return of the product received at warehouse.

Images on website and online marketplaces are for reference purpose only, the actual product may vary from the image due to light and image quality
Where ever, a ‘pack of 1’ is mentioned, the pack will contain either a single piece or a single side, whichever is relevant
Due to technical glitches if any, you do not receive a promised discount with your order, the discount amount will be credited to you in the form of a coupon code for use in your subsequent purchase
In order for a successful return attempt, it is imperative to maintain the original packing, tags, warranty card and original accessories
Our team may contact you to understand your return or replacement request before it is processed for mutual convenience of all parties involved in the transaction
In case of a damaged or incomplete product received, Safe-O-Kid needs to be informed within 24 hours of receipt for the replacement or refund to be processed
While we leave no stone unturned in reaching your products to you in time, sometimes unavoidable glitches may lead to our logistics partners in delaying the delivery. After the product is packed and shipped from our end, our logistics partners will be able to help you in locating your order.
