Safe-O-Kid Stove Knob Covers

Safe-O-Kid Stove Knob Covers add a physical child-resistant barrier around compatible gas-stove controls as part of kitchen baby proofing. The transparent cover helps adults see the knob position while keeping the control less directly accessible to young children.

Key Features

• Clear cover design keeps compatible stove-knob positions visible.
• Adds an extra physical barrier around compatible gas-stove controls.
• Reusable design for suitable knob and appliance configurations.
• Designed for adult operation after correct fitting.

Installation

1. Make sure the appliance is fully switched off and cool before fitting.
2. Check that the cover size and shape are compatible with the stove control and that the knob can be removed and reinstalled safely according to the appliance design.
3. If permitted for your stove, remove the knob, position the cover around the spindle, and reinstall the knob securely.
4. Confirm that the knob operates normally, returns fully to the OFF position and is not obstructed by the cover.
5. If the knob cannot be safely removed, the guard does not fit correctly, or operation is affected, do not use this cover on that control.

Safety Guidance

• This product is an additional baby-proofing aid and cannot prevent gas leaks, fires, burns or other kitchen accidents.
• Always verify that every gas control is fully OFF when the appliance is not in use.
• Keep the cover away from direct flame and hot surfaces and discontinue use if it softens, deforms or interferes with the knob.
• Never allow a child to play with the stove or safety cover and maintain direct adult supervision in the kitchen.
• Inspect the fit regularly and replace damaged components.
