Safe-O-Kid Auto-Mechanism Drawer Safety Lock is an adhesive-mounted lock designed to help limit a young child’s access to compatible drawers and reduce full closing at the selected drawer edge.

Installation & Use

Clean and dry the mounting surface completely. Position the lock so its moving section can block full drawer closure without interfering with other hardware. Press the adhesive firmly in place and allow approximately 24 hours for the bond to set before regular use, in line with the existing instructions. To close the drawer, move the hanging section out of the way as directed, then let it return to its normal position.

Removal & Safety

Remove slowly without sharp tools and clean adhesive residue using a surface-appropriate method. Do not use on oily, heated, damaged or unsuitable surfaces. Test the lock regularly and discontinue use if the adhesive or mechanism becomes loose or damaged. This is an additional baby-proofing measure, not a substitute for supervision or secure storage of hazardous items.
